1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may read the Site but you may not submit any form or provide us with personal information. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. Information on the Site

The Site describes our training programmes, our credential (the AURÄI Certified AI Assurance Professional), our AI agent library and our enterprise services. We work hard to keep this information accurate and current, but the Site is provided for general information only. Programme dates, curriculum, pricing, seat availability, agent counts and features may change before or after launch, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer until you complete a purchase on the Platform and receive our confirmation.

Nothing on the Site is legal, audit, regulatory, financial or professional advice. Descriptions of what our agents or courses are “designed to” do are statements of intended capability, not guarantees of a particular result, certification outcome, job, salary or regulatory position.

3. Waitlist, forms and registrations

When you join the waitlist, register for a masterclass, webinar or demo, request a lead magnet, apply for a scholarship or contact us through a form, you are asking us to hold your details and contact you about that request and about AURÄI. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a seat, guarantee admission or enrolment, or fix a price. Seats are confirmed only on payment through the Platform.

You agree to give us accurate information and to keep it up to date. You can withdraw from the waitlist or unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by writing to privacy@auraisystems.ai. How we handle your information is explained in the Website Privacy Notice.

4. Blog, articles and third-party content

Our blog links to articles written by our founder and team, some of which are hosted on Substack. Substack and any other third-party site linked from the Site have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. Links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, the AURÄI name and logomark, the AURÄI Certified AI Assurance Professional credential name, illustrations, video, code and the arrangement of the Site — are owned by or licensed to CyberOps AI Dynamics LLC and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, modify, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our names or marks, without our written permission. Lead magnets we give you (for example, the AI Governance Career Map or the GRC Prompt Library) are licensed to you for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site in any way that breaks the law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers or any system connected to it; introduce malware or run automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Site; submit false, misleading or offensive content through any form; impersonate any person or organisation; or interfere with the Site’s operation or with any other person’s use of it.

7. Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. Details of the tools we use (Umami and PostHog), what they collect and how you can control them are in the Website Privacy Notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information is complete, accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberOps AI Dynamics LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or Nigeria, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection law and courts of your country of residence.

11. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top will change and the new version will apply from the date it is posted. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
